Server room design

This is my last time I have used one of these online auctions. I was doing nothing special so I decided to see the latest offers on books. Actually I wanted to buy a book on how to design a server room. I looked through the sellers to see if there was anything interesting for me. There are a lot of books on server room construction but it is sometimes really difficult to find something that is really something you need and provides a lot of useful information. So I found one seller with a very nice selection of books, including the topic of server room design. The prices were ok so I decided to give it a try. I found the book that were ok for my interest on designing a server room. So I ordered the set and paid at once. I received the confirmation and an email from the guy that everything was ok. So now I just had to wait for the package with my book on server room design. But I waited and waited but I received nothing for two weeks. So I tried to call this guy and asked about my order. Unfortunately, no one picked up the phone. I tried again and again but it wasn"t successful. So it seemed that I would not receive my package and of course I lost my money. I said to myself that I would never try any online auctions because you are never sure if you get what you ordered and additionally you would not be able to get your money back.
